Instead of a lift today, thought we’d work on some overhead work.

General Physical Preparedness?  Well the last time I walked on my hands…likely was never, but then again I don’t spend anywhere enough time on this skill.

I’ve put some prospective scales in here to diminish the intimidation factor, and if you are beyond the scale of a normal human, by all means…add a deficit.

Take a minute in between each set, but don’t let it drag out so there is no continuity…remember even when there is no urgency…theres still a pace.

HSPU – Descending Ladder

Scale Option 1

Pike Position – toes on box/knees on box – same rep count

Scale option 2

Wall Walk – 5 rounds of 3 reps

WOD today I found on the CFNE site.  It’s part of their rotation in measuring their athletes’ progress.  Can’t imagine why they call it Mind Eraser but…often the simplest of things are the biggest of challenges.

Mind Eraser (from CrossFit New England)
