Over the next two weeks we have scheduled a few days to work on 1 Rep Max lifts.
Don’t view these days as day off or as light days, we are establishing where you are as lifters. In 26 weeks we will re-test the same lifts to monitor progress.
Today, we start the process with two lifts. The Strict Press and Front Squat.
By programming 30 minutes for both lifts you will have ample time to work to your 1RM
If you have recently hit a MAX lift in either of these movements you can focus on the one that needs attention.
After the strength portion today there is still a WOD. YESSIRREE BoB! In fact it”s a fave.
