A little short and sweet WOD notification for you today.
I programmed this about a week and a half ago. We haven’t really lifted heavy in a while, aside from one rep max days this week.
This one really intrigued me because not only is it decreasing in reps, it is increasing in weight AND the cardio side of it looks like it might be a real factor.
For those of you who are animal lovers…I’m calling this one LACEY…so its not an official “Girls” WOD…it is to me.

Modify weights as required but this is meant to be a heavy day.
