CFP Hybrid # 3

Zero to Five minutes

RIng Dips / Pistols 3.3,4.4,5.5,6.6,7.7 etc

5:00 to 10:00 minutes

for max reps  – Row 10 calories/ 10 Box overs

10:00 to 15:00 minutes

Strict Dumbbell Press – descending

Med ball cleans  20/14 – ascending

if the athlete completes the cycle, they go back to the first round of 15/3
