Swim, Bike, Run….Its the CFP Triathlon Trials

If the CFP pool is not available that morning we will have to do the rowers…at least you are still on the water…

In this mini Ironman tune-up

0-5 minutes – Row, for calories

5-6 minutes – Rest/transition

6-11 minutes – Bike, also for calories

11-12 minutes – Rest/transition

12-17 minutes

Running Sprints – 100 metres x number of reps athlete can complete in time period.

Must take a 10 second rest in between each 100m.

if its raining I’ve got something else to adapt to the weather conditions

 

We will do this right after a quick stretch and warmup to allow for ample foam roller, lacrosse ball, bands,,,and even strength work
