Not so much focused for time today, here is a variation of the CrossFit Total WOD.  Different movements and skills.


With approximately 30 minutes on the clock

CrossFit Total II – Sum of the Best of Each Lift

  • Clean
  • Bench Press
  • Overhead Squat
aka: “The Other Total,” this WOD is a variant of “CrossFit Total

then, after a short rest period…

CrossFit Open WOD 12.1

Burpees – Max Reps in 7 minutes
