There have been so many great ideas I want to share with all of you at CrossFit Pickering.

The Games have been great…from meeting The Coach to being part of the excitement to listening to coaches and athletes from boxes all over the world, I am coming back to you with some fresh ideas.

If you love this sport even half as much as I do, I can recommend that you make the pilgrimage to Madison next year. Despite cold and unpredictable weather, and a few kinks that need to be worked out with the venue, the Games Experience is unique and a big motivator in chasing your fitness goals.


Today we are working on a few things, but remember is a Holiday Monday and therefore a modified schedule, with classes only at 9am and noon

4 Wall Balls 20/14
