Muscle Up Clean Ladder – 8 rounds
with a 20 minute Cap
4 Muscle Ups
2 Cleans – can be power, can be squat
After performing 4 muscle ups, athlete proceeds to bar and completes 2 cleans
athlete then returns to the muscle ups, and then back to the bar for two more cleans
This cycle goes on for 8 rounds or 20 minutes. The weight on the bar increases each round
RX for Men – 225, 245,265,285,305,320,335,350
RX for Women – 145,160,175,190,205,220,235,250
If I said scale accordingly for weight and for degree of difficulty on muscle ups, would you believe me…OH,and because we aren’t ROGUE…you have to load your own bar
