Registration is Open now. I will place the REEBOK SHOEBOX at the shop in the morning, Friday, August 18th. It would be great to know who is participating as soon as possible so I can get an idea of how to structure the WODS. Please write your names on the BLACKBOARD as you sign up. Registration will close on September 11, the midnight before the start of the League.
Its all about fun…whether you’re a ROCKSTAR in the gym, an ATHLETE who has great skills in some areas but not in others, and for those of us who just come and work our butts off and meet great people.
There will be prizes. There will be fun. There will be memories you will laugh at for years to come.
