High intensity 3 minute WODS x 4 today.  Lots of core work

Of course we’ll surround this with some mobility and a wee tad of stretching as well.

If you have anything specific you need to work on, let us know…chances are we can help with some relief or some added mobility work for you

3 min amrap:
6 hollow rocks
8 burpees

rest 1 minute – REPEAT!

3 min amrap:
6 knees to elbows
8 KB swings

rest 1 minute – REPEAT!

and, if you’re still kickin’ and want to work on some more strength

4×100′ farmers carry…heavy!
