10 Double KB Clean
10m Double KB FR Carry
10 Double KB STOH
10m Double KB FR Carry
10 Double KB FR Lunges
10m Double KB FR Carry
10 Double KB FR Squat
Rest 3 min between rounds
Try to increase weight each round
