Did you think I forgot about you?
Well… in all honesty… I did.
I was too busy basking in the
pain…
aftermath…
try again…
basking in the glory and joy of our first Friday Night HouseLeague extravaganza!!!
Common now, as much as we whine and complain, that was a whole lot of fun!
It was SO AMAZING seeing so many smiling, sweating and swearing faces.
As much as I like to think I have put a lot of time, energy and effort into programming this last couple of weeks, I can only hope to be the WOD GOD that the great Mark Willis is.
(Insert internet round of applause here)
Now, for my houseleaguers… you know the drill.
The best thing to do after a challenging WOD is to what?
KEEP MOVING!
For all my other friends, welcome to Saturday!
HOPE
Three rounds of:
Burpees
Power snatch 75/55
Box jump, 24″/20″ box
Thruster 75/55
Chest to bar Pull-ups
“Hope” has the same format as Fight Gone Bad. In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of “rotate,” the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep.
