How was it?

I’m glad to see you all survived, some better than others I’m sure.

I’m very proud of you for battling through, take a second and tell yourself “Good job”.

It may seem a little silly, but no one’s opinion will ever matter to you as much as your own.

So no matter how long it took you, how much you had to scale, or what time your fellow athletes finished in I want you to make sure you take a second and tell yourself “I Did Good”.

Hopefully today’s WOD will treat you a little nicer 😉
