we have designed a 10 week Olympic Lifting Program. Each thursday at 6:30 Pm and sundays at 9 am for 10 weeks. It starts this sunday!  If you are unable to do those days, you are welcome to do the program during Open gym.  If you would like to receive it, please email me.   If you’ve wanted to improve your lifts or want to train for a competition, this is a great way to get you there.

REMINDER – Friday night House league!  I’m sure Mark has something Spicy planned for you!
