3 x With PVC in Overhead position 15 Hollow Rocks + 15 Arch Rocks

3 x 10 Banded PVC Pull Down (attach band to pullup bar, place PVC to where band is in middle, lay on floor in hollow position and pull PVC pipe to hips)

​3 x 0:30 plank – front/left/right, 1 min rest in between

And you know that not all thats on the agenda.
