We need to do more strict pull ups.  So I thought we would start today!  Also, with our 2 more GHDs, we can now do more GHD wods!  Yipppiiii!

For time:
60 sit-ups
50 wall balls
40 GHD sit-ups
30 paralette push ups

20 strict pull-ups
10 bar muscle-ups

Pull ups – strict, seated, banded or negatives
if people don’t have Paralette push ups do regular push ups
