But first an update… Starting this Thursday – we will spend about 20 minutes on a particular skill and/or drill. 20 minutes of skill, short-ish workout, and about 10 to 15 minutes of mobility.
Dec 7 – Double Unders – even the people who have Dus could benefit from a refresher. We all know the only parts of your body that should suffer during Dus are your lungs. 🙂
