As of late, this classic Crossfit WOD has been performed with a power clean movement… All of the videos you find online now have everyone doing it that way. I blame the Games as it is an easier movement to judge…

However, back in the day this WOD was performed with a squat clean and in the old FAQ section of the main site it stated “A clean is a squat clean unless otherwise stated”. SO, today we are doing Grace with the full squat.
