This is one of my all time favorite WODs requiring strength and stamina…

Pro tip: try to get through all of the thrusters in that first minute… this wod has a tendency of getting away from you

Strength: Bench Press
Spend 15 minutes to establish a heavy 2

WOD: Air Force WOD

For Time
20 Thrusters (95/65 lbs)
20 Sumo Deadlift High-Pulls (95/65 lbs)
20 Push Jerks (95/65 lbs)
20 Overhead Squats (95/65 lbs)
20 Front Squats (95/65 lbs)

4 Burpees at the top of each minute
