Well it’s that time of year again when we hide chocolate and get together with family to eat some birds or beasts and maybe celebrate the Christian holiday of Easter or the Spring Equinox.

Every year for the past 5 years we have done the Jesus WOD which tries to emulate the Stations of the Cross. Whether you are a believer or not, it makes for one hell of a tough Friday morning.

Jesus WOD

14 Rounds for time w/ 95lbs Barbell (65lbs for women)

10 Deadlifts
10 Squat cleans
10 Push Press

50 ft of Walking Lunges with barbell on back.
Walk back to start point.
At no point does the barbell touch the ground until rounds 3, 7, and 9.

Round 3, 7, & 9 – 7 Turkish Get Up 1.5 Pood
