Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
10 DB Push Presses
10 Weighted Lunges
10 Weighted Step Ups

Men: 50-lb. presses, lunges, 20-in. box
Women: 35-lb. presses, lunges, 20-in. box
