Well it’s just 3 days til “Monday Murph” people and I hope you’re all planning on showing up… Remember, If you are new to or have never done Murph, there will be a whole host of scaling options available. Don’t be Scared! It’s totally doable and we know that you can attack this WOD and feel proud.
3 Rounds For Total Reps in 17 minutes
1 minute Burpees
1 minute Power Snatch (75/55 lb)
1 minute Box Jump (24/20 in)
1 minute Thruster (75/55 lb)
1 minute Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
1 minute Rest
Athlete moves from among five stations after a minute each. After the five-minute round a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of “rotate,” the athlete moves to next station immediately. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
