“Monday Murph” is just around the corner folks… one more sleep if you’re reading this on Sunday! As I’ve been saying all week, there will be a whole host of scaling options for peeps that are attempting there first Murph. The most obvious of which is pure volume… We can reduce it to 1/2 or 1/3 murph… then there are all the scaling choices for the three gymnastic movements: incline push ups, jumping, seated or banded pull ups etc…
