Starting today, Monday” we will be trying something new by adding a 1/2 hour “skills” class at 5:30 between the 4:30 and 6pm class…. we will do the same thing on Wednesday.

Monday: Double Unders

Wednesday: Kipping Pull-ups/Beat Swing

Low Bar Back Squat 4×6 at 65%

The focus is on Depth and Upper Back Position

10 Hang power cleans 135/95
