If you haven’t heard yet, we have started a monday/wednesday 5:30-6pm 1/2 hour skills session… Today’s 5:30 skills class will focus on the “Kip”. Mondays Double Under skills session was pretty awesome, so if you’re looking to make some improvements in kipping be sure to show up 🙂
