Mondays and Wednesdays skill sessions:
Today we are working on squat cleans and on Wednesday it will be handstands.
What we would like to do at these sessions is work on only a couple of aspects of the movement each class.
This way we can work with the level of each athlete so that each person learns a little bit more about that aspect of the movement.
If you’re an athlete who has mastered these movements, it’s sometimes good to go back to kindergarten and just work on the skill. You never know what you’re going to learn!

Strength: Box Squats  3 x 5 @ 50% of 1 rep max. Set box to just below parallel.

2 Mountain Climbers
2 Ring Rows
2 Grasshoppers (
2 Push Ups
