Tomorrow ( friday) we start our Fall league.  Tshirts were ordered last week, so if you signed up late you may or may not get a t-shirt.  If you haven’t paid yet,, please do so by friday!  Today, we’re keeping it easy…

3 Rounds:
10 Bench 1/2 body weight 200 Metre row

200 Metre Ski erg ( or bike if we don’t have enough…)

People can do this out of order so the most people can do the ERG.

40 GHD Sit-Ups 40 AbMat Sit-Ups 20 GHD Sit-Ups 20 Hollow rocks
