league workout #2  happened yesterday. Make ups are today. Team series workouts 1 and 2 happened on thursday – you are welcome to do that today as well.  Team Series 3 and 4 on monday. Such a fun week full of excitement!

20 paralette push ups ( or regular is fine too)

20 split jumps

20 knees to elbows
