well, because of the Team Series we had to scrap the workout we had planned for today and do a completely different workout. We will be doing one of my and Jeff’s favourite workouts. I still remember doing this in 2013. I was just recovering from bronchitis and it was the Open, so i had to do the workout. I could not breathe! it was so nasty. I fell in love with it though. I think mostly because it’s my wheelhouse movements and I like lung burners. Reminder – next friday – thanksgiving weekend so no League.
Next Monday – thanksgiving Monday – we will do Murphy – Weather dependant of course! Bring out your vests kids! We don’t have very many opportunities left this year. Also – with it getting dark so early now, I wanted to do it on a saturday so it’s nice and sunny for everyone. First time doing Murphy? Do 1/2 please! You have to miss it? You will have a chance again in the Spring, so not worry, it’s not going away anytime soon…..

15 Box jumps, 24″ box – must be a jump up, can be a step down
WOMEN
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
75 pound Shoulder to overhead, 5 reps
75 pound Deadlift, 10 reps
15 Box jumps, 20″ box – must be a jump up, can be a step down

M – 75/20
W – 55/20
Step ups are allowed for Scaled.
