I really like Ryan Debell from the Movement Fix. A bunch of us took his seminar last year and it was great!  here is a great little video on fixing the biggest mistake in lunging.  I always tell people to think about propelling forward in walking lunges to avoid this weird back arch.  You need core strength and leg/glute strength to do a lunge well.  I like his recommendation of engaging the core in slight flexion.
