I love this workout.  I’m not really sure why – probably the hard work involved and vast amounts of sweat!  If you’re planning on doing Murphy on monday – you might want to consider doing 1/2…. Unless of course you’re planning on taking the weekend off and coming in fresh for monday.   The toughest part of this workout?  The Thrusters right at the end.    This is an endurance test as well as a test of your mental strength.  The Time cap for this is 40 minutes.

 

Reminder:  No Kids/teen classes on saturday and closed on sunday.
