Luxury is a motivational narcotic: It signals our unconscious minds to give less effort. It whispers, “Relax, you’ve made it.”

Simple, humble spaces help focus attention on the deep-practice task at hand: reaching and repeating and struggling.


We do this workout only once or twice a year.  it’s the triathlon of Crossfit if you may.  It’s a good one.  you’ve had so much fun rowing the past few weeks, you are ready to tackle this.  Instead of having people do 3 times as many singles ( which I think is insane) we only double the reps.  the Triple 3 was the 1st workout of this year’s regionals.  Craig Kenney came in first with a time of 36:23 in the EAST regional.  Katrin Davidsdottir came in first for women at 41:10.   Pretty Impressive times.  Have a great time!

Row 3,000 meters
300 double-unders ( or 600 Singles)
Run 3 miles
