17.1!

I know some of you will be disappointed, but the votes are in!   17.1 WON by 8 votes.  I quite like this workout.  I’ve never finished, but I really love the hard work i have to put in it to get the reps.    It’s a lung burner, but who doesn’t love a lung burner? 😉

For Time

10 Dumbbell Snatches (50/35 lb)

15 Burpee Box Jump Overs

20 Dumbbell Snatches (50/35 lb)

15 Burpee Box Jump Overs

30 Dumbbell Snatches (50/35 lb)

15 Burpee Box Jump Overs

40 Dumbbell Snatches (50/35 lb)

15 Burpee Box Jump Overs

50 Dumbbell Snatches (50/35 lb)

15 Burpee Box Jump Overs

 

Time Cap: 20 minutes

Athlete must alternate hands for each dumbbell snatch and face the box for the Burpee Box Jump Overs.
