I prefer the term Time Restricted eating.  I also prefer the time to be morning heavy and no food at night.  It’s much more beneficial for your health, longevity and disease prevention.  Eating from say 1 PM to 9 pm, if you go to bed at 10, is not ideal, as you’re still digesting while you sleep.
