A few housekeeping items:  

Please put your coats in the change rooms, otherwise we get an accumulation of coats in the gym.

PLEASE, wear INDOOR running shoes.  with the snow upon us, the second you step into the gym, you make our floors absolutely filthy with the snow/salt.  You can leave your indoor shoes in the change rooms as well, so that you never forget.

Do we still need to talk about water bottles?  Please do not bring disposable water bottles into the gym.  We don’t allow them. Period.

yeah, Yeah, sometimes I have to be the hardass and give Kat a break. 😉

On a positive note, everyone is loving the programming this week.  woohoo!
