Isn’t it amazing!  This weekend our very own Glen Young won the Canadian Rowing Championships for his age group.   We are all so proud of his accomplishments.  I’m not surprised that he won and i’m sure most of you are not surprised either!  He has worked so hard to get there.    Glen, you inspire us all.  I am grateful to have you on our team and in my life. Here he is kicking ass in the rowing comp!  ( and you know he’s short for a rower right?)

50 Barbell Facing Burpees
40/30 Calorie Bike
30 Squat Snatches (115/80)

rest 1 minute then direclty into 1RM Hang Snatch
