Kat will be starting a weekly class next Thursday at 7:30 PM.
$ 80 for 8 weeks – Feb 21st to April 11th

A blend of mobility work, Thai Massage and yoga that will move, lengthen, and stretch your entire body. You will see improved range of motion, balanced muscle activation and decreased muscle soreness.  You will also gain a new understanding of your own body dynamics to improve performance and ability.
We have limited spaces – only 8 per class please
If we run out of space we will offer another class on a different day.

Every 10 min for 3 Rounds:  ( we might need to change this if we have too many peeps…)
