wednesdays and more importantly thursdays are going to be light days. As we do not know what’s coming for friday for the next 5 weeks, it’s always a challenge on what to program for the week before.   enjoy this little workout for today.  Remember OPEN wods announcements are thursday nights at 8 pm.
