Well it’s all done!  Ok, Almost.  You still have until monday night to complete this workout or redo it!    Did you have fun?  There were some pretty phenomenal PRs that happened during the past 5 weeks…  You must all be so proud.

Remember the Crossfit Games are in the summer – July 29th to August 4th and I’m sure will be televised.

They are also talking about doing an OPEN in The Fall – which we would run as our fall league.
