Well duh! We knew this, right gang? People are often shocked that I don’t have cereal in my house for my kids. My kids don’t eat cereal and milk for breakfast. Never have. They don’t ask for it because as a mom I never introduced them to it. I make homemade muffins ( with almond flour and no sugar), I make smoothies. For the longest time my little one had eggs and multi grain toast for breakfast. Now it’s muffins, yogurt and fruit.
