Are you eating 7 to 9 Cups of Vegetables per day?

Maybe it’s about time you did!  So much research is now pointing to the importance of a variety of vegetables for our Micro nutrients and general health. 
The part that I love is that it’s not about meeting Macros per-say , it’s about your health and that is more important.

Dr. Terry Wahls is a clinical professor of medicine at the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine where she teaches internal medicine residents and does clinical research. She was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2000 and went from being wheelchair-bound to running on treadmills through her use of nutrition and functional medicine. Her latest book is The Wahls Protocol: How I Beat Progressive MS Using Paleo Principles and Functional Medicine.
She’s had a full recovery from MS.  Her protocol is amazing and quite simple.
