I was thinking of changing my birthday WOD to one of my other favourites… you know share the love and what not. But why rock the boat!

Then I thought that we could do the entire week of my favourite wods… This is what it would look like:

Strength: Rows 3 x 5 – as parallel as possible

WOD: The Ghost
6 Rounds
1 Minute Row for Calories
1 Minute Burpees
1 Minute Double Unders
1 Minute Rest
Score is the total number of reps each round plus the total calories
