Burpee Over Rower – I don’t want people jumping over the rower unless you are registered online. Otherwise please jump over the bar

With remaining time of 15:00
1RM Clean and Jerk

ALTERNATE (Anyone completing ALTERNATE version is not eligible for any qualifying divisions)
