What is your WHY?
January is always a month when people are very eager to make changes.  Often those changes do not last because they may be too drastic or maybe they didn’t figure out their WHY?

As we start our Good For YOU Challenge on Wednesday and our 8 Week fat loss bootcamps this week and next, I wanted to remind everyone of their WHY.

Before you commit to creating new habits you need to do some soul searching and figure out why you want to make these changes.

Some things to think about:

What new habits are most important to you?  Only pick a few and stick to those for now
Why do you want to make these changes?  

some examples to get you started

Get stronger: 
Tired of feeling tired walking up the stairs
I want to feel like I can keep up with my kids/grandkids
I want to be able to lift heavy objects easier
I want to be able to carry all my groceries in one hand! 😉

I have specific goals in mind:
I’m training for a marathon
I want to have more stamina when playing hockey
I am getting married and want to feel my best!
I am training to be a firefighter/paramedic/police officer

Lose fat:
I’m tired of not fitting into my clothes and feeling uncomfortable
I want to lower my blood pressure
I want to go for hikes and feel great

Mental Health:
I want to be part of a community and feel supported
Especially during the last 2 years, I feel like I need to connect with people
I know that exercise and having a routine is important for my mental health

You need to figure out your WHY as that is what makes achieving your goals more doable and even more fun. One of the things that we need to stress is that you need to CELEBRATE all the small victories.

8 week FAT LOSS bootcamp – Transformation Challenge! 

We are booking our bootcamps for January. We have been running these programs for many years and have seen such wonderful changes in our participants.  We are not only speaking about physical changes.  We are talking about the whole package. Better sleeps, better moods, better work performance, better parents, better human. 
As we only accept 8 participants in each class, we will likely sell out.  We will have 2 different start dates to accommodate everyone.

January 5th ( as schools are off until then, we thought it was a good idea to wait as well)

We will start our New Year’s Bootcamps on Wednesday, January 5th.

It will run Monday, Wednesday, Friday at  6:30 PM – starting this wednesday

January 14th: 

We will run:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7 am  and NOON
Tuesday, Thursday at 7;30 Pm and Saturdays at 10 am 

( this Bootcamp can also be for those wanting to gain muscle mass and get fit, not only lose fat!)
We only accept 6 to 8  participants per class and usually sell out. 

3 days a week for 8 weeks = 24 1 hour classes = $250 plus HST ( special price!)  – It includes 2 Inbody Scans
High school and University students – $180 plus HST! 

You will learn not only what to eat, but how to eat.  We are flexible and will adjust to your lifestyle.  

Moms/Dads and babies are welcome!
