1 Power Snatch (115/85)
2 Turkish getups (24/16)
3 Squat Clean and Jerk (115/85)
4 Box Jumps (24/20)
5 Push-ups
6 Air squats
7 Sit-ups
8 Wallballs (20/14)
9 Double unders
10 KB swings
11 Burpees
12 Pull-ups
Completed as the song goes… so 1, then 2 + 1, then 3 + 2 + 1 etc, until you’re done
