First, we make our athletes experts at basic compound movements like squats, deadlifts, presses, and cleans. Then we take them to the next level through creative workouts that combine elements of weight lifting, calisthenics, sprinting, Strongman, gymnastics, kettlebells, and more.

Want an example? A typical Trainer will split up an athlete’s week into body parts and add a bunch of distance running. In contrast, we’ll focus on movements like hip extension, explosive technique, and challenge-based workouts. By training MOVEMENTS, not individual MUSCLES by themselves, we make a better athlete.

For Hockey: we will assist you to improve your skating stride and mobility, shot power, checking and physical play, shooting passing accuracy and awareness, conditioning, confidence, injury prevention and also provide performance nutritional information. This dry land program also offers goalie specific training to address the demands of this unique position.

For Soccer: The CrossFit Pickering “dry land training” exercises will increase overall fitness, balance, coordination and strength. This program will improve the athlete’s strength, power, quickness, agility, running stride, conditioning, injury prevention, and confidence and also provide performance nutritional information.

We can adapt our program to suit any sport. Many elite teams in the US and Canada are adapting CrossFit dry land training for their teams with huge results!!

Whether your goal is to get into game shape for the upcoming season or to take your game to the next level, CrossFit Pickering will help you get there through specific drills and exercises.

Our sessions will run Monday-Friday from 9 to 4 pm.

Full day: $300 for 5 days   Half day: $150 for 5 days.

We keep our Camps small – 10 participants maximum.

How can CrossFit Kids benefit my child?

CrossFit Kids enhances a child’s motor skills by teaching better movement and cognitive skills through engaging children to think about their movement, count their reps, remember the sequences, and work towards goals. CrossFit Kids augments a child or teen’s involvement in sports by incorporating strength training and conditioning to make our CrossFit athletes better athletes at any sport.

In addition to increasing a child’s or teen’s fitness & athleticism, Our Camp will:

†  Reverse prevalent health issues such as obesity,

†  Protect against injury,

†  Create a community of like-minded individuals for support and self-confidence, and
