New to Crossfit? We offer a free trial class even if you’re not quite ready to commit to the introductory courses or bootcamp just yet and you just want to see what we’re all about.

What to expect: A general warm-up and mobility, exposure to some basic movements, and then a short conditioning workout, generally involving the movements covered earlier in the class. You will learn some technique and do a challenging, but achievable workout that will give you a taste of what a CrossFit workout is like. Following the workout, there will be a cool-down and some more basic mobility exercises. Feel free to ask questions along the way.
We welcome people of all levels of fitness and from all walks of life. By the end of your trial class you will have seen our gym, met our coaches learned about the CrossFit philosophy, done a short intensive workout and met our friendly fitness family.
What to bring: running shoes, some clothes to work out in, and some water.
