FAT LOSS BOOTCAMPS for JUNE are currently booking

We are booking our Bootcamps for the beginning of June.  We only accept 8 participants in each class so that all members get the necessary attention required to learn all of the movements we teach.   This Bootcamp is for individuals interested in weight loss, muscle gain or generally improving your fitness.  Classes are 3 days a week for 8 weeks, for a total of 24 1 hour classes.  The cost is $250 plus HST – ( Includes 2 Inbody Scans).  High school and FULL time University and College students – $200 plus HST! ( SPECIAL PRICE!)

Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 7:00 am or 6:30 PM

Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday – 7:30 pm and 10:00 am on Saturday

What to expect:

    • We will take your measurements the first week – this is not mandatory if you feel uncomfortable doing this.
    • We will listen to your goals and help you achieve them.
    • Once you join, “can’t” is no longer in your vocabulary. You will be successful with our guaranteed program that includes everything you need from lifestyle to nutrition to fitness coaching. You will be healthier and fitter than ever.
    • You will receive our Bootcamp book on Day 1 of Bootcamp which is full of information about nutrition, movement etc.  We will provide you with additional information via email throughout the 8 weeks.
    • You will do a different workout every single class and learn new skills every class. These workouts will make you sweat!
    • Being fit now is not a prerequisite to Bootcamp. You don’t have to be fit to start, but you do need to start to be fit!  We welcome all individuals anyone who feels that they need to improve their fitness.
    • Support and guidance. Feel what’s it’s like to be part of a caring community who is looking out for you!
    • Measurable results – at the end of the 8 weeks, we will retest your fitness level and measure your strength gains and fat losses!
