We are booking our bootcamps for  the beginning of January. As we only accept 8 participants in each class, we will likely sell out.

Starts February 1st

We will start our  Bootcamp on Wednesday February 1st

It will run Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 7 am  and 6:30 PM 

Starts Thursday february 2nd : Tuesday/Thursday 7:30 Pm and Saturday at 10 am.

3 days a week for 8 weeks = 24 1 hour classes = $250 plus HST – ( Includes 2 Inbody Scans)

High school and FULL time University and College students – $200 plus HST! ( SPECIAL PRICE!)

You can also choose to do 4 Private intro classes instead of BC then jump right into our regular classes.  You will receive the same support and nutrition information as in the Bootcamp.

What to expect:

    • We will take your measurements the first class – this is not mandatory if you feel uncomfortable doing this.
    • We will figure out what you want to achieve at the end of the 8 weeks.   SET your goals!
    • Once you join, “Can’t” is no longer in your vocabulary. You WILL be successful with our guaranteed program that includes everything you need from lifestyle to nutrition to fitness coaching. You WILL be healthier and fitter than ever.
    • You will receive our Bootcamp BOOk on Day 1 of Bootcamp which is full of information about nutrition, movement etc.. we will provide you with additional information via email throughout the 8 weeks.
    • You will do a different workout every single class and learn new skills every class. These workouts will make you sweat!
    • Being fit now is NOT a prerequisite to Bootcamp. You don’t have to be fit to start you, but you do need to start to be fit! We welcome Boomers, new moms, stay at home mom
      s and dads and anyone who feels that they need to get HEALTHY NOW!  You can BRING YOUR BABY!
    • Support and guidance. Feel what’s it’s like to be part of a caring community who is looking out for YOU!
    • Measurable results – at the end of the 8 weeks, we will retest your fitness level and measure your strength gains and FAT losses!
