8 Week FAT LOSS Bootcamp start date is wednesday Sept 2nd
The bootcamp runs Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 7 am, 11 am and 6:30 PM
( this Bootcamp can also be for those wanting to gain muscle mass and get fit, not only lose fat!)
3 days a week for 8 weeks = 24 1 hour classes = $250 plus HST ( Includes 2 Inbody Scans)
