- Taught by a coach who is trained in PRE and Post natal safety.
We will start our Bootcamps on Monday October 3rd
It will run Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 7 am , Noon and 6:30 PM
Tuesday, Thursday at 7;30 Pm and Saturdays at 10 am
( this Bootcamp can also be for those wanting to gain muscle mass and get fit, not only lose fat!)
3 days a week for 8 weeks = 24 1 hour classes = $250 plus HST ( Includes 2 Inbody Scans)
