FAT LOSS BOOTCAMP FOR JANUARY!
8 Week FAT LOSS Bootcamp start date is Monday, January 7th.
( this Bootcamp can also be for those wanting to gain muscle mass and get fit, not only lose fat!)
3 days a week for 8 weeks = 24 1 hour classes = $200 plus HST
Monday, wednesday and friday – 7 am, 11 am and
6:30 PM ( sold out)
Starts MONDAY, January 7th
We will add another Bootcamp On Tuesday, Thursday at 7:30 and Saturdays at 10 am – if there is interest. This will start on tuesday, January 8th
