AMRAP With a Partner in 16 minutes
Buy-In: 50 Goblet Lunges each at same time (24/16 lb) Partner 1:
10 SDHP (95/65 lb)
10 WB 20/14
Partner 2:
Kettlebell Hold in Bottom of Squat (24/16 lb) Alternate each round.
With a 16 minute clock, On 3,2,1, GO! both athletes will complete their 50 goblet lunges at the same time.
Once both partners have finished the GL, they can start the WOD propper.
P1 may only work while P2 is holding the squat
